    We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.
  • Delivery times
    For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days. For all other European destinations, delivery is estimated at 2-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or local postal delays.
  • Delivery Prices
    Shipping costs are based on your order value: For orders up to CHF 100, shipping is CHF 5 (Switzerland/Liechtenstein) or CHF 15 (other countries). For orders above CHF 100, shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free. For other European countries, free shipping is available for orders above CHF 200.
  • Do we offer free shipping?
    We offer free shipping for orders above CHF 100 for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For all other European destinations, free shipping applies to orders above CHF 200.
  • Delivery methods
    We offer two primary shipping options: Priority Shipping: Reliable delivery within 2-4 business days for European countries. Priority Tracked Shipping: Delivery within the same timeframe, but with tracking information provided for better shipment visibility
  • Tracking my order
    If you select Priority Tracked Shipping, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
